Resin Models

They are here, unfortunately we are still shipping the Citizens models, and don't have the physical space to run both at the same time. An issue with some Citizen models delayed shipping making them overlap :( we are working as fast as we can to get them out and start shipping these models. 

Emails 

If you emailed me and did not get an answer I will reply asap. Sorry about it but I am concentrating to get Citizens out and start shipping to meet the deadline. 

STL files

Same here, if you are missing files I will get to it. I managed to understand how to use MMF for sharing. And now is much faster and easier for me to do so.

Resin Models 

Are in route to us, as soon as they get here we will start mailing them asap. 

STL issues

Seems like some of you did not get add-on STL files, I am very sorry about it. Tonight I will check and start resending all the add-on files.  As we were new to MMF I may have done some mistakes, but I am a bit more familiar with it now.

Ouch...

Sorry all of you, forgot to send updates. We are in the middle of the Citizen 4.0 fulfillment, and had to finish the STL delivery for that KS and this KS. 

Resin Update

The factory is sending us the resin models in a few days, worst case next Monday. We hope to get them here and ship them out before the end of the month. 

Production is complete, they are just checking and bagging the models. 

So we are on schedule...

It's just been a few crazy months for US, some unforeseen issues with the Girls 3.0 KS, a delay in Citizens due to a few models issues, shortage on supplies to the manufacturer, new website, shipping issues due to COVID, and the double move house and store early this year., We are catching up...  as many may think, we are not a big team, is me, Giuseppe and my wife doing the shipping. 

Once the models get here I will post an update.

Change of address and final fixes

I will do soon an update for that with a dedicated email for it,.

Production and MMF

Production

Should be done by the end of the month, then shipped. It means delivery should be done in October as promised, maybe earlier...  

MMF share

I am working with MMF to share the files as dropbox will be used only for a few extra cases. As someone shared twice our links on a pirate group and or dropbox got killed twice making us loose days of work to re upload and link all of it. 

I will post an email to solve STL distribution next week.

ALL MODELS PRINTED

All models have been printed. As you can see at the highest level of detail as we always do.

NEXT STEPS:

In the next few days all molds will be made. And production will start. I was told all models should be shipped by the end of the month, so I assume we should start shipping them mid/end Oct.

MMF and STL sharing:

I have a meeting with the MMF staff on Thursday, being new to MMF I am sure we did some mistakes, and they will help us solve them. Please be patient, we are working on it, we are just new to MMF...
